  • $10-$100+ million annual revenue
  • $1.5 to $10.0 million of EBITDA
  • Will consider underperforming companies

Transaction Dynamics

  • Majority sale by founder or family
  • Corporate divestitures
  • Recapitalizations
  • Management buy-outs and buy-ins

Industry/Sector

  • Industrial and consumer products manufacturing
  • Value-added distribution
  • Industrial services
  • Niche construction

Purpose

  • Shareholder liquidity
  • Succession planning
  • Expand ownership to management
  • Raise growth capital

Location

  • Virginia and contiguous states preferred
  • Will consider other geographies if strong fit with management team and industry
