Jeff Coleman

Jeff Coleman serves as CEO, Partner, and Board Member at Duravex, where he is leading the company through a strategic transformation focused on growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. Under his leadership, Duravex is expanding its market reach and strengthening its position as a premier provider of high-value industrial solutions across OEM equipment manufacturing, data infrastructure, energy systems, defense, specialized engineered equipment, and contract manufacturing.

Prior to his role at Duravex, Jeff spent over 22 years at Precision Castparts Corp (PCC) and General Electric (GE), where he held executive leadership positions overseeing complex manufacturing operations, integrations, and strategic business expansions. At PCC, he led multi-site businesses serving aerospace, energy, and industrial markets, driving operational turnarounds, strategic investments, and negotiations with key customers and suppliers. At GE, he led one of the company’s flagship oil and gas manufacturing facilities and was responsible for consolidating manufacturing sites, strengthening global supply chains, and advancing profitability and market share. His leadership extended across the U.S. and Europe, where he lived and worked in both regions, driving operational growth and transformation. A firm believer that high-performing teams and a culture of innovation and excellence are the foundation of sustainable success, Jeff consistently prioritized talent development and organizational alignment as key enablers of the results he delivered.

He holds a master’s in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He also owns and manages Longwood Stables, an equine boarding facility in Virginia. Jeff and his wife, Heidi, have been married for 23 years and have four children. The family lives in Charlottesville, VA, where they enjoy spending time at their farm, hiking, and being active together.
